What is American Agri-Diesel?

American Agri-Diesel is biodiesel, a clean burning alternative fuel, produced from domestic, renewable resources like soybeans and sunflowers. Biodiesel contains no petroleum, but can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel to create a biodiesel blend. It can be used in diesel engines with no modifications. Biodiesel is simple to use, biodegradable, nontoxic, and essentially free of sulfur and aromatics.

American Agri-Diesel is a premium bio-diesel fuel that can be blended with the new ultra low sulfur fuel to 2%, 5%,10%, 20% or any percentage you desire. Engines can also run on 100% pure AAD.

A-20 ultra low sulfur Agri-Diesel is your solution for meeting stringent environmental regulations, controlling operating costs and meeting EPA alternative fuel standards while giving you a superior performing fuel.

If you use AAD A-20 Winter Blend you will get a superior diesel fuel that outperforms regular ultra low sulfur diesel in every category, providing smoother engine operation, increased lubricity, better cold weather performance and lower, cleaner emissions.

There IS a difference between AAD and other biodiesels

  • Quality Fuel
    • Unlike others who are simply marketers and purchase their biodiesel from any source they can, AAD produces all of the biodiesel we sell. By producing our own biodiesel we can control the quality of every gallon of AAD.
    • AAD is a member of the National Biodiesel Board. Not only do we produce ASTM spec fuel but we are currently undergoing BQ-9000 accreditation. This is the highest standard currently available for biodiesel in the USA.
    • AAD is produced from virgin soy or canola oil and we utilize the newest waterless manufacturing process. This means consistent quality fuel with the lowest possible water content. Others use chicken, animal fat or used oil to make their fuel. While this may mean less cost to the manufacturer, we have found it makes a fuel that gels in the 45˚F range and that is something we just can’t have in Colorado.
  • Field Tested
    Before 1 gallon of AAD was ever sold to the public, it was thoroughly tested for over 18,000 hours with great success. Testing was performed in the following machines, trucks, and tractors. These machines are still running A-20 everyday, with no modifications and excellent results.
